Order Processing & Fulfillment - Domestic

 

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed before 12AM Eastern time  will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. All orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Leominster, MA.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FedEx Ground, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Sports Medicine the DIFFERENCE Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item

 

Shipping & Handling - Domestic

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by order number/tracking number at any time by checking USPS tracking service for orders within U.S.A.

Order Processing & Fulfillment - International

 

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and fulfillment of international orders. On average it can take between 7-14 business days to receive your international order. All international orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Leominster, MA.

 

FEES

For International orders, shipping and handling fees are charged on a per item basis. These charges are provided at checkout for your approval and may vary depending on the country or region.
