Here at Sports Medicine the DIFFERENCE Inc. we strive to give you the best possible experience with our new and innovative product. We feel the same way about our customer service. If you wish to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will be happy to accommodate you.
ALL REFUNDS ARE CREDITED BACK TO YOU IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ON OUR WEBSITE FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Returns & Exchanges Criteria:

Merchandise can be returned no later than 10 days from the receiving date, otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags and accessories to receive a refund or exchange.

If applicable, all items must be returned with their original packaging and tags.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. To exchange your product, simply note on the packing slip the item you are returning, and the alternate size or color you are requesting as a replacement. If the size or color requested is available, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and will be shipped out via FedEx Ground plus applicable shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund (minus shipping and handling) will be processed if the product is unavailable.
